Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased was damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of acceptance of the product. Please include a description and a photo of the product and defect.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
The customer must unpackage and inspect the product/s upon delivery and notify the seller of any damage or defect within 24 hours. If the customer does not notify the seller in writing within the 24 hours they are deemed to have accepted that the products are not damaged.
FeatherStone Decor does not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds if the customer has changed his/her mind.
FeatherStone Decor does not offer extended warranties of any kind. Pottery products are exposed to water, soil and, other natural elements subjecting the product to discolor or deteriorate over time.
